Extending automation – The customer required the existing mezzanine floor to be altered to lower the floor levels in specific areas allowing for the automation extension. With a new multitier mezzanine extension that required civil works to lower the concrete floor level with pilings to support the new structure.
Structural design, manufacture and install new mezzanine floor, existing mezzanine floor modifications and Civil works to lower the warehouse floor to incorporate a new automation system extension. All carried out in a hard to access area, dock doors were removed to gain entry to the large plant required. All works were carried out in a challenging and limited access area. Dock doors were removed to allow entry and egress for the required large plant.
Works complete on time for the automation installation to follow without delay.
